About This Project
This project involves building a web and mobile booking platform for a prominent travel solutions provider. The client wanted to bring his various travel solutions into one place. Their requirement was to build a multi-role travel booking app where users could both offer and access services such as ride-hailing, cargo booking, and driver-on-request.
The Challenge
Initially, the client was unable to offer multiple travel services through one platform, supporting different user roles. This made it difficult to extend and reach their actual services to customers. Moreover, they struggled to build a system flexible enough to add new services when introduced.
