About This Project
This is a project where TIC built a centralized flight booking and integrations platform for a leading travel technology company. Their objective was to build a platform that allows users to search for flights, view pricing, complete bookings, and manage post-booking. Moreover, they wanted to enable real-time communication with multiple GDS and LLC suppliers.
The Challenge
The client depended on multiple GDS and LLC suppliers. As a result, they faced fragmented supplier integrations, inconsistent response times, and operational complexities.
